ABOUT REDFISH
Redfish, also known as Ocean Perch, are harvested from the cold, clean and pristine waters along the coast of the province and shipped all over the world. Redfish are a slow-growing, deep-sea fish. As their given name suggests, they are bright red or orange-red in colouring and have large eyes, a short body and gaping mouth.

HOW TO STORE NOVA SCOTIA REDFISH
Nova Scotia redfish is best consumed as soon as possible after purchasing, however, it can be stored in a sealable plastic bag and refrigerated for 1-2 days. For optimal freshness, store it on ice in the fridge.
